Having been in the building trades since I was 17 (as a glazier apprentice), then moving into the HVAC trade in 1980, I have worked in so many residential, commercial and industrial buildings. From the 8,000 square-foot oceanside home of the guy who’s company invented the broadband cable modem, to numerous power plants and a Budweiser beer bottle manufacturing facility, I’ve seen a lot of construction diversity and have done 48 years of work in innumerable buildings. So in 2020 I hired Rita to make a website for me.  Go-To-Guy-NH was formed. If you need someone for property management and maintenance, then check out the site.

A beekeeper since 2017, and an inventor since 1996, I merged these two activities and started inventing beekeeping equipment after my 1st colony froze to death in the last week of December 2017.

If you want to see the most advanced beehive in the world, and the only bear-proof beehive in the world, be sure to check out my Beefortress website.

And if you like black bears, then you’ll really want to go to my site and scroll to the bottom of the home page to see embedded YT videos of black bears interacting with my beehives.

When my 1-1/2 year-old Czech German Shepherd and I couldn’t bare to play outdoors in the -20 F temperature in January 2020, I created an indoor exercise routine that I called Doggy Skeet.

After throwing several rounds of 50 Skeet, Nax Aites Bohemia (Naxy) was down for a nap. It’s like playing frisbee in your living room without breaking anything and it is so much fun! And Naxy gets amazing exercise.

My first invention was a hand tool. Then, in 2-1/2 years I created the modern day flanges and valves for forced hot water circulators that I licensed to Taco, Inc., in 1999 under two Agreements. No, Webstone, Watts, Legend, Nibco, nor any other company invented said valves. I did. See my story on the maverick inventor site.

Once I realized I had 3 times as many estimates per week as the other sales engineers at Thayer Corp., in Auburn, Maine, I knew the Excel Workbook I’d been working on since the Windows environment replaced the DOS environment and Lotus 123 was replaced by Excel, would shape it into something great. It began as a Job Estimating system, then grew to include Job Costing and Job Billing. Now, I see it as the best way to do business in the building trades, because it is 100% honest, 100% transparent and 100% verifiable. Check out the rite-forms site for yourself to learn more.

In my HVAC business I have the second greatest number of products by brand on my forced hot water heating systems. No manufacturer, save the pipe and fittings makers, have more products on my systems than me. See the many images on this Protechhvac.com site that include my own inventions/products that I have manufactured right here in New England.

NewHampshireConnections.com is a site that I am creating to be all about New Hampshire. While it is under construction, you can join our own public and private free speech chat system. On the home page you can watch many-a-video related to New Hampshire and its history. Stay tuned for many more developments to come, soon.
